Divers can take advantage of the resort’s house reef, which has direct access right from the beach for snorkeling and diving; an SSI-certified dive school; and the chance to visit 30 popular dive spots within a 45-minute boat ride from the resort. These include the the wreck dive at Victory and the colourful corals and marine life of Potato Reef.

Named South Asia’s Leading Beach Resort for three consecutive years (from 2017 to 2019) at the South Asian Travel Awards, this eco-resort has also eliminated the use of disposable plastics and installed eco-friendly features such as solar-powered water heaters.

If you’re planning to take the entire family on a Maldives vacation, Equator Village on the lower tip of Addu Atoll is the ideal resort for you.
