1. Virtual reality (VR)

2. Google Maps

Those who’ve struggled with pronouncing the names of places and addresses in foreign countries will be relieved to know Google Maps now has a text-to-speech service that’ll verbalise your destination in the local language.

3. Grab and Booking.com

Booking.com users travelling through Southeast Asia can now access Grab services and manage their trips through a single app (Booking.com), from booking transport and accommodation to cashless payments using the GrabPay digital wallet feature.
